Liverpool - Genk
Possible starting lineups:
Alisson; Gomez, Lovren, Van Dijk, Milner: Fabinho, Keita, Lallana: Salah, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Origi
Coucke; Maehle, Cuesta, Lucumi, Uronen; Ito, Heynen, Berge, Bongonda; Samatta; Onuachu
I expect no more than three goals at Anfield. There are three reasons for my pick. First of all, Liverpool are in good form in the Premier League, but the last six matches have finished with Under 3.5 goals. The Reds won 2:1 four times - against Leicester, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Chelsea. They also won 1:0 against Sheffield United, while played an 1:1 draw with Manchester United.
Next, Klopp must consider some rotations, particularly knowing the derby with Manchester City is coming few days later. Three key strikers - Mane, Firmino and Salah - are tired and it will be wise to be rested ahead of Sunday s derby.
The last reason for my pick is connect with Genk. The Belgian outfit have just one point after the first three matches and I suppose the atmosphere in the squad isn t at desired level. To be worse, the domestic form is also poor. They lost 2:0 at Eupen on Saturday and now sit on the 9th place in the Jupiler League.
