The victory over Burnley has taken Manchester United three points clear of Liverpool at the top of the table. The Reds are in terrible form at the moment. They have no win on the last three matches in the Premier League. Even worse, they failed to score a single goal on the last two against Newcastle and Southampton. Van Dijk, Gomez, Jota and Tsimikas are out injured, while Matip and Naby Keita are rated as doubtful.
Manchester United have 9 wins and 2 draws on the last 11 league matches. They are on the top and the players confidence is very high at the moment. Solskjaer has no important missing players.
Manchester United won t lose at Anfield. It is simple, they are in better form and the players confidence is on their side. Liverpool haven t lost a home league match since April 2017, but now is different, as Anfield is empty.
