In this 3rd round of qualifying for first grand slam of the season Hugo Dellien from Brazil will play against Spanish wonderkid Carlos Alcaraz. Bookies favor Alcaraz and odds on him are just too small. Dellien is ranked at 111th place on ATP rankings while Alcaraz is 141st. Both play their best tennis on clay courts. Hugo Dellien is solid in all aspects of the game. He is not the best server but still his serve is good enough to win him some easy points. He had tough 2020 where he played only 15 matches. Last year he played here in the first round and lost 3:0 to Nadal. But he has that experience which Alcaraz lacks. I think that Spanish player will be star of the future but at the moment he does not have enough experience to win and I see huge value on Dellien.
